A: Flip inside out. Cold wash. Hang dry (preferred) or tumble low. These pieces are art — treat them right and they’ll outlast the trends.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Never. Once a drop is gone, it’s gone forever. That’s what makes it Centre Ave — no restocks, no reruns.

Q: How limited are your drops?
A: Extremely. Some are 1-of-1, some are low-volume runs. Each is designed to be collectible — a piece of Centre Ave culture.

📦 Orders + Shipping

Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • Free shipping on orders $100+

All orders ship with tracking + delivery confirmation.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now, U.S. only — but international shipping is coming soon. Stay tapped in.

Q: How long to process my order?
A: Orders drop within 2–4 business days after confirmation. High-demand products may take longer — but trust, they’re worth the wait.

Q: Can I return items if I change my mind?
A: No — all sales are final. We only handle returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Q: What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
A: Email us immediately at support@centreave.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Short explanation

We’ll make it right — fast, seamless, no hassle.

Q: Do I pay return fees?
A: If we sent the wrong item or size, you’re fully covered — no fees.
If the return is approved for another reason, buyer covers return shipping + $5 processing fee.

Q: What’s Drop Credit?
A: Store credit for future Centre Ave releases. We don’t refund back to your original payment — instead, you get Drop Credit.

  • Issued within 3–5 business days of approval

  • Never expires

  • Works on all future drops

Q: Why Drop Credit?
A: Every release is limited. Drop Credit keeps that value inside the community while making sure you never miss what’s next.

✍️ Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel or update my order?
A: Orders move fast — contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
