At Centre Ave, every drop is designed, produced, and delivered with care. Because of our limited-release model, all sales are final — we do not issue cash refunds.

What we do offer is fairness. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll resolve it with a clear and simple process.


❌ Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final — no cancellations, refunds, or returns for change of mind.
  • Limited-edition, sale, or discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Customers are encouraged to double-check sizes and order details before purchasing to avoid hiccups.

🔄 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return (damaged or incorrect items only):

  • Requests must be sent via email within 1 day of delivery (based on tracking).
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Clear photos of the issue must be included with your request.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping label + $5 processing fee, unless we sent the wrong item or size.

Note: Centre Ave is not responsible for courier (UPS, USPS, FED Ex, Ect.) mishandling.


🔁 Size Exchanges (Pre-Shipping)

We offer size exchanges if requested within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed and shipped, all sales are final.


💳 Refunds & Store Credit (Drop Credit)

We don’t issue refunds back to your original payment method.
Instead, approved returns receive Centre Ave Drop Credit — store credit for current and future releases, Unless discussed otherwise!

Refund Process (if approved):

  • Issued as Drop Credit within 1 business day of return approval
  • Shipping fees and processing fees are non-refundable, except when Centre Ave sent the wrong item or size
  • Drop Credit never expires and can be used across all current and upcoming drops

Why Drop Credit?
Centre Ave runs on a limited-drop model. Each release is intentionally capped to protect exclusivity and culture. Store credit keeps that value inside the community while giving you full access to what’s next.

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
