At Centre Ave, we are dedicated to maintaining the authenticity and exclusivity of our products. Each item is carefully curated and designed to be unique, with a limited quantity produced. To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our merchandise, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any open unpacked items that have been worn / "tried on", altered, or damaged in any way. This policy also applies to merchandise that has been resold.

We understand that our policy may pose an inconvenience to some customers. However, we believe that it is essential to uphold the integrity and exclusivity of our products. We make every effort to provide detailed product descriptions and images to assist customers in making informed purchases. All Sales Are Final.

Exceptions / Returnable items:

We understand that sometimes errors can occur in the order fulfillment process, and we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, if you receive a product that is the wrong size, style, or item, you are eligible for a full refund with no questions asked. You can keep the item, and the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and reflected on the debit card / credit card used for the purchase.

Note: Please be sure to double check your size/color selections, mailing addresses and phone numbers before making a purchase ! We want you to receive the exact product and get it delivered to you in a timely matter.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in ensuring that our products are in new excellent condition before shipping them to our customers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item or the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for the handling and care of the package once it is mailed off with USPS, UPS, FED EX, or any other courier. We strongly encourage our customers to inspect their packages upon receipt, if there are any damage issues please contact the courier.

Cancelled Orders: We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order it must be done the same day as purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Please be advised that there is a $4 payment processing fee for cancelled orders. In adddition, a $10 restock fee will also be applied to cancellled orders. These fees cover the costs associated with processing and refunding the cancelled order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or abuse of our policies. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

Returned Packages: We strive to ensure all orders are delivered smoothly. However, in cases where packages are returned to us, the following policies apply:

For Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect/non-deliverable addresses or packages that were never retrieved from mailboxes. Should your order be returned, you will be required to pay a $12 returned mail fee plus $2.50 for shipping and handling to have the package reshipped to the correct address.

For International Orders: We are not responsible for any additional fees (taxes, duties, etc.) associated with returning packages to the United States. Should your international order be returned, you will need to pay the original shipping cost plus any applicable return fees to have the package reshipped.

To avoid returned mail issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We recommend providing a secure shipping address where you can ensure receipt of your package.

If your order is returned to us, our team will reach out with further instructions and details on fees to have it redirected to the proper destination.
