A: We're dedicated to providing you with a smooth shopping experience, no matter your location! You can expect your products to arrive within 3 to 12 business days depending on where you are in the US. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Decatur "Where It's Greater", Georgia.

Processing time: The Centre Ave team ensures the smooth processing of your order. It takes about 2-3 business days for payment verification and order validation. Even if you place an order after 8 PM EST, worry not! We'll dive right into it the next business day. Once your payment is verified, our team jumps into action curating the drip, dispatching your products within 12 to 48 hours. (Note: If a product is in high demand it may take longer to ship out.)

Shipping time: This is where the adventure begins as your order makes its way from our warehouse to your doorstep. We rely on trusted shipping services like USPS (United States Postal Service), and we also offer alternative options such as UPS or FedEx. After the processing stage, your items typically arrive within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary slightly during the holidays !

Standard Shipping USPS 3-4 Day First Class Shipping Services at $8.00 for all orders.

Orders totaling $80 or more qualify for FREE 3-Day First Class Standard Shipping. 

If your order reaches the $100 mark, we provide FREE USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping Services.

We also provide a Express Shipping Option for $15 using the USPS 2-Day / UPS 2-Day Priority Shipping Services.

Additional Information:

• Our team works from Monday-Saturday to process your orders, except on holidays. We're committed to ensuring you receive your order as fast as possible!

• For those night owls who place orders after 8 PM EST, Your order will be processed promptly on the following business day.

• Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or holidays!

• We want to let you know that if a product is in high demand, it might take a bit longer to ship out. This is because each item is custom-made. We take pride in the quality and attention to detail that goes into every product we deliver. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards.
