How Drop Credit Works

✔ Eligibility: Issued for items that arrive wrong, defective, or damaged. Courier mishandling or transit damage not eligible.
✔ Approval: Requests must be submitted via email within 1 day of delivery (based on tracking).
✔ Processing: Once approved, Drop Credit is issued within 3–5 business days.
✔ Usage: Can be applied to any upcoming Centre Ave release.
✔ No Expiration: Drop Credit never expires — use it whenever you’re ready.

Customer Responsibilities

⚠ Include clear photos of the issue.
⚠ Provide your order number and a brief description.
⚠ Cover $5 return processing fee and return shipping if eligible — unless Centre Ave sent the wrong item or size, in which case we cover it.
