At Centre Ave Clothing Co., We don’t just offer products—We create statements. Dedicated to providing a premium, hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. ALL products are curated and shipped from our warehouse in Decatur, Georgia. Here's how we ensure your custom streetwear arrives at your doorstep with the care and exclusivity it deserves.

 


1. Shipping & Processing Times ⏱

Processing Time

  • We process all orders within 2-3 business days after processing and payment verification and an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery.
  • Orders placed after 8 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (like viral product launches), processing may extend up to 5 days. Every item is custom-made, so we appreciate your patience as we maintain our commitment to quality.

Shipping Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times typically range from:

  • 3-12 business days, depending on your location:
    • East Coast: 3-7 days.
    • West Coast: 7-12 days.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
Shipping times may be affected during holiday seasons. To avoid delays, don’t wait last minute! Place your orders early. We’ll post updates during peak periods.


Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs processing delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

3. Shipping Costs 🚚

  • USPS First Class - Standard Shipping: $8.00 (3-5 days).
  • UPS - Standard Shipping: $10 (3-4 days).
  • FREE- 2-Day Priority Express Shipping for orders over $100.
  • Express Shipping- (USPS/UPS 2-Day Priority): $15.00.
  • All Shipping Methods Come With Tracking 

4. Optional Shipping Insurance

To protect your order during transit, we offer optional shipping insurance for just $3.00 at checkout. This covers any loss or damage during shipping, giving you peace of mind for your purchase.


5. Signature Requirement for Orders Over $250

We recommend adding signature confirmation for any order over $250. For only $5.00, you ensure your high-value items are securely delivered. This is optional but highly recommended for extra protection.


6. Tracking Your Order 

After processing your payment, you will receive a Shipping Update Email within 1-3 business days.

  • Track Your Order: Open your email, click "View Order," and check your order's status.
  • Tracking Number: For detailed updates, click the 13-digit tracking number in your email.

You can also visit UPS or USPS Tracking website to track your shipment directly using the provided tracking number.

Please note if you do not leave a email address for your order, you will not be able to receive your tracking number.


7. High-Demand & Custom-Made Products

Each product is custom-made with care at our shop, so high-demand items may take longer to ship. If there are delays, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipping timeline.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare case of shipping issues:

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the courier immediately. Email us and we’ll also assist in resolving the issue if needed.
  • Damaged Packages: Take photos and contact the courier immediately. Email us at centreaveclothing@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.


8. Address Errors & Returned Packages 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses incur a $12 returned mail fee and a $2.50 reshipping fee to get the package to the correct address.

9. Additional Shipping Information

  • We process orders Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 8 PM EST are processed on the next business day.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or federal holidays.
  • For regular updates, add a note saying "Keep Me Posted" during checkout, and we’ll keep you informed.


10. Refunds for Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation

If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund the cost of optional shipping insurance and signature confirmation. Once the order is shipped, these fees become non-refundable.
