CENTRE AVE CLOTHING CO. REFUND / RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing Centre Ave Clothing Co. for your exclusive custom streetwear needs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom merchandise and ensuring that all items are brand-new and unworn upon receipt.  Our return policy is designed to protect that uniqueness while offering flexibility to our valued customers.

 


1. 2-Day Store Credit Policy

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go as planned, so we offer store credit for eligible returns made within 2 days of delivery. This policy allows you to make adjustments while preserving the exclusivity of our collections.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item(s) that has been worn, tried on, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • If you receive a product that is the wrong size, style, or item, you are eligible for a Full Refund or Exchange, and we will refund your shipping fees.
  • Note: Please be sure to double-check your size, color selections, mailing addresses, and phone numbers before making a purchase! We are not responsible for any errors on your part, and we want you to receive the correct size and exact product.
  • Before sending the item back please email us at centreaveclothing@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of your shipment.

Upon receiving and approving your return, we will issue store credit for the value of the item(s), which you can use for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided. All Sales Are Final for items that don’t meet these eligibility requirements. No Exceptions.

All item(s) in our Alley Collection are sold as is. We will not accept any refunds or exchanges. All Sales Are Final.

To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our merchandise, we do not accept or resell opened and unpacked items that have been worn, tried on, altered, or damaged in any way.


2. Cancellation Fees

We strive to ensure all orders are delivered smoothly. However, in cases where orders must be canceled, the following policies apply:

  • Restocking Fee: A $7 fee will apply to all restocked items.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your order, it must be done on the same day of purchase. A $4 payment processing fee will apply to all canceled orders.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If a cancellation is requested after processing but before shipment, the $4 processing fee and $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All cancellation refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 days and go back to the debit/credit card used for the purchase.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or abuse of our policies. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately.


3. Assistance with Lost or Damaged Packages

We want your experience with Centre Ave to be flawless, but we understand that shipping issues can occur. In the event of lost or damaged packages, we are here to assist:

  • Lost Packages: We will assist you in tracking lost packages with the courier and provide updates throughout the process. If the package is declared lost, contact the courier immediately and email us with the details so we can help with resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please contact the courier immediately and take detailed photos of the damage. Email us with the details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: Please note that we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for a $12 returned mail fee and a $2.50 reshipping fee.

4. Returned Packages Policy

For returned packages due to incorrect or non-deliverable addresses, the following policies apply:

  • Domestic Orders: There is a $12 returned mail fee and a $2.50 shipping and handling fee to have the package reshipped to the correct address.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any additional fees (taxes, duties, etc.) required to return the package to the United States. Reshipping fees will apply.
  • In the event you package is returned we will notify you by email with attached pictures of your returned package.

5. Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure our products are in perfect condition when shipped. We are not responsible for the handling and care of the package once it is mailed with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers. We encourage customers to inspect packages upon receipt, take detailed pictures of any damages, and contact the courier to start a claim and email our team with the details for additional assistance.
